PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: September 20, 2026 App: T-Emulator (com.temulator.app) Developer: firstntt90 Privacy contact: Firstntt90@gmail.com

T-Emulator respects your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles data when you use T-Emulator.

Summary

T-Emulator does not collect, transmit, sell, or share user data outside your device. The app has no user accounts, no ads, no analytics/measurement tools, no advertising SDKs, and does not declare the Internet permission.

Data the app accesses and stores on your device

T-Emulator only processes the following data on your device to provide emulation functionality:

  • Game files (ROMs) you choose yourself: When you pick a file using Android's file picker, the app reads that file and copies it into the app's private storage to load the game. The app only accesses files you have selected; it does not request broad storage access.
  • Local game data: Save states, in-game save data, and data related to the emulation session are stored locally in the app's private storage.
  • Settings and cheat codes: Choices such as language, sound, display, virtual gamepad, speed, and cheat codes are stored locally on the device to restore your experience.
  • Screenshots: When you actively choose the screenshot function, a PNG image is saved locally in the app's private folder on the device's external storage. The app does not automatically capture, upload, or share this image.

The data above is not sent to the Developer's servers or to third parties. Under the definition of the Google Play Data safety form, the app does not "collect" data because data is not transmitted off the device.

Purpose of processing

Local data is used only to:

  • open and run the game files you choose;
  • save/restore game progress and states;
  • store your preferences; and
  • create screenshots at your request.

Data sharing

T-Emulator does not share your personal data, game files, game data, screenshots, or settings with third parties. The app does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, or sign-in services.

Data retention and deletion

Local data is kept on the device until you clear the app's data or uninstall T-Emulator. You can clear app data in Android Settings > Apps > T-Emulator > Storage > Clear data. Screenshots can be deleted with a file manager or gallery app on the device.

Because T-Emulator does not receive or store data on the Developer's servers, there is no server-side data to request deletion of. If you have enabled Android/Google backup for your device, app data may be handled according to your backup settings and Google's policies; you can manage that backup in your account/device settings.

Security

T-Emulator uses Android's app-private storage for copied ROMs, save data, and settings. Protecting data on the device also depends on the device's security measures (e.g., screen lock and device encryption). There is no method by which user data is transmitted from the app to our servers.

Your rights and choices

You may choose not to provide game files; in that case the game-running functionality will not work. You can delete local data and screenshots as described above. The app does not create user accounts.

Children

T-Emulator does not knowingly collect personal data of children or any users. Because the app does not transmit user data off the device, we do not build user profiles.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app's functionality or data handling changes. New versions will be posted at the Privacy Policy link on Google Play and, where appropriate, in the app. The effective date at the top will be updated accordingly.
